Dr. Morrow’s background includes extensive experience in both industry and academic areas of biotechnology. Prior to joining SRC, Dr. Morrow held positions in product development at Meridian Biosciences, as well as faculty positions at the University of Kansas and the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. His expertise spans many areas of biotechnology, with a focus upon product development of in vitro medical devices and diagnostics, including antibody and cell genetics technologies. While at Texas Tech he directed a research program and trained graduate students in molecular biology. He has published over 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals and in the trade press in the fields of antibody technology, cell genetics, and the biotechnology industry. Dr. Morrow provides consulting for several life science companies in the areas of product development and intellectual property, which has led to patentable technologies.

Dr. Morrow obtained his BA degree in Biology from Whitman College. He obtained his PhD in genetics from the University of Washington, and has conducted post-doctoral research in both Italy and Philadelphia.

Dr. Desai is an Associate Professor of Pharmacokinetics, and Director of the Drug Development Graduate Program at the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy. Dr. Desai has over 18 years of experience in teaching and consulting in several areas of the pharmaceutical sciences, including drug development, pharmacokinetic modeling (preclinical and clinical models), drug-drug interactions, and drug metabolism. His input routinely leads to data-based justification for streamlined design of preclinical programs (e.g., species, dose selection) and clinical programs (dose selection, controlled-release modeling, drug interaction potential, and exposure calculations for safety assessment). 

Dr. Desai holds a BS in pharmacy (Birla Institute), a MS in Pharmaceutics (Gujarat University), and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences (University of South Carolina). He is an active member in 8 professional organizations, and a scientific reviewer for 7 peer-reviewed journals in the medical and pharmaceutical sciences. He is the past chair of the Drug Metabolism Focus Group of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. Dr. Desai has mentored more than 25 MS/Ph.D. students and received several awards for teaching and research excellence.
